LG selected for Horizon Phone [Fri Feb 15, 05:04PM]

Two phones from LG Electronics have been selected by an operator panel of judges to spearhead the GSMA’s Horizon Phone initiative.

Born out of an 850 User Group set-up by the GSMA and several operators last year, the Horizon Phone Initiative has been developed to promote more widespread adoption of the 850MHz spectrum alongside other established 3G frequency bands
