Ericsson zooms in on LTE [Thu Feb 14, 02:59PM]

Ericsson is making a big play on the future world of LTE this week, claiming to have made the first, end-to-end phone call enabled by Long Term Evolution – System Architecture Evolution (LTE/SAE) at the Mobile World Congress.

The company says it was made using mobile devices developed by Ericsson Mobile Platforms, whose LTE network equipment supports multi-user data.
